CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Take Action Retreat reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If the event is cancelled for any reason, Organizers shall have no liability beyond the refund of all event participants’ registration fees received by it.

 

In the case of inclement weather (snow, ice, storm, or any other circumstances that would be unsafe for attendees and staff), we will notify all participants as soon as possible of the date and/or venue change. All registration fees will be credited towards future events.
 

The registration deadline is 48 hours prior to the event. 

 

Full refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event. 

 

Cancellations made within:

• 14 days of the event can receive a 90% refund or the option to apply credit to a future event.

• 7 days of the event can receive a 50% refund or the option to apply credit to a future event.

• 48 hours of the event will receive no refund, but have the the option to apply credit to a future event.

• In case of no shows, there are no refunds or credits.

Take Action Retreat reserves the right to make exceptions In the case of extreme or extenuating circumstances. We will do our best to apply payment towards a future event.

 

PAYMENT POLICY
Full retreat price is due upon booking.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Take Action Retreat, its officers, assigns, affiliates or any related parties (the “Organizers”) are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control. The Organizers reserve the right to change or cancel the event without prior notice. If the event is cancelled for any reason, Organizers shall have no liability beyond the refund of all event participants’ registration fees received by it. The Organizers may decline to accept or to retain any event participant as a participant on the event at any time or remove a participant for behavior deemed, in it’s sole discretion to be disrespectful, disruptive or hate-driven.
